No password. Every sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email, so there’s nothing to reset.
No code? Wait a minute, check spam/promotions, and make sure it’s the email the team has on file.
Code expired? Codes last about 10 minutes. Go back and ask for a new one.
New phone or browser? Just sign in again with your email.
Signed out after 30 days is normal. Sign in again.
